Clients are eligible for a refund under specific circumstances outlined below: 

Full Refund: If a client cancels their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued, ensuring satisfaction with our DNA testing services.

Partial Refund: If the client cancels within 24-48 hours of the appointment, a partial refund (minus processing fee) will be issued, especially when accurate DNA results are a priority.

No Refund: If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment or fails to show up, no refund will be provided, even for legal paternity testing appointments.

In rare events that a test yields inconclusive results, our DNA testing services ensure clients are offered a re-test at no additional charge to guarantee accurate DNA results. If the client opts not to retest, they may receive a partial refund (excluding administrative fees), especially in cases concerning legal paternity testing.

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid fees associated with our DNA testing services. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a cancellation fee, which is important to consider when seeking accurate DNA results. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full fee will be charged, especially if you are inquiring about legal paternity testing.

Standard of Delivery: Clients can expect accurate DNA results to be delivered within 5-7 days from the date of sample collection. During their appointment for our DNA testing services, clients will be informed of the expected delivery time, including for legal paternity testing.
